All personnel should have industry standard documents and qualifications.

Our minimum requirements for candidates are:
Minimum of 5 years regular Army Military Infantry Service
Valid Polish passport
Seaman’s Book
Maritime Security Officer (MSO) qualification City & Guilds Level 3
Maritime Firearms Competency Certificate
STCW10 (formerly STCW95) – all 5 modules
Clear Mental Health Letter from GP
ENG1 Medical Certificate
International Recognised Trauma Medical Course
CRB clearance
Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
